I’m sure it’s only me, but I swear Jose must have enjoyed watching Columbo as a young boy growing up in Portugal….
It’s been a bit like that this season for United fans with Jose always on our tail even if at times appearing to stumble along before catching up with us right at the end.
Now, with Chelsea back to full strength, United slipping up at home to Middlesbrough and with half their squad injured it looks like United’s next manager could be on course for a unique Quadruple after all.
United’s fixtures on the run in to the season end begin to look really tough, now:
After the highs of recent weeks’ peformances it looks like our form and that of Ronaldo’s is dipping. Knowing United, anything can happen, but we look like shipping goals.
The Toffees are usually a soft touch and let us have their last three points as we chew them over and spit them out. Added to that is the potential 1.65M transfer bonus they stand to receive if Waynus helps us to triumph in League, Cup and Europe this season….
A lot will depend, obviously, on the result from the first leg…..
A lot will depend, obviously, on what’s been happening in the League and Euro….
